Who makes the products?
We hand design (i.e. we print our own designs onto our clothing, bags, cards!) pretty much everything we sell. Some products may be made by our suppliers but we work very hard to ensure that everything is home made.
What products/fabrics do you use?
We use eco friendly vinyl and water based inks on our fabrics to make clothing and our bags. Our clothing is Gildan and our t-shirts, tanks and long sleeved t-shirt are from the Softstyle range. Our hoodies and sweatshirts are from the Heavy Blend range.
How do I take care of my new T-Shirt?
While it is safe to wash our T-Shirts on a normal wash, we highly recommend that they are washed on delicates only to maintain the life of the T-Shirt.
Why is an item sold out?
As a small business run by the two of us, we sometimes can't quite keep up with the printing! So you may see that some sizes are sold out and can't be bought. This is often due to awaiting new supplies to get them made, we will always update our website to reflect this as soon as we can and our stock is always up to date in our Afflecks and Wembley Park Market shops.
What sizes do you usually offer?
We typically offer XS-XL (3-4 years to 12-14) in kids and S to L in Unisex Adults. We also do 2XL to 5XL in certain products (depending on what we can get our hands on!) but this is made to order. Due to our website provider, this will be shown as in stock as you wouldn't be able to buy it if it was 'sold out', so please be advised that any 2XL to 5XL orders may take slightly longer. We will contact you regarding this if this is the case.
Why do your clothes not have an option for Men's or Women's?
We only sell Men's sized clothing intended to be for anyone, regardless of gender. This means that what you choose to buy from us is not restricted on the shape of your body. We proudly support our trans* friends, as well as our plus sized friends. We try to make our size range as inclusive as possible, if this still does not suit your needs please contact us and we can work something out. :)
What payment methods do you take?
Our payment methods are displayed on the bottom of our website.
How long does it take to get my order?
As long as we have your order ready to go from our Afflecks base, we will send this as soon as we can and will notify you of your order's dispatch status. From then, standard times from our delivery courier are followed. If you have asked for your order to be collected from Afflecks, we will contact you and have it ready for you.
Where do you currently ship to?
We currently ship to anywhere and everywhere in the UK, Europe, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. If you live elsewhere but still would like to purchase something, please contact us and we can see how we can help.
Do you do gift wrapping?
We always wrap orders in tissue paper and throw in a few extras, there is a note box on your cart for you to let us know what colour you would like. If you don't, we will select one for you!
How can I get a refund?
Any garments must be unworn (minus the trying on bit!), unwashed and undamaged. Please use the contact us form to get in touch with us, alternatively you can always pop into our Afflecks shop.
Do you do exchanges?
Due to the nature of how we make our clothing, we are unable to offer exchanges on these items on our website. However, we can offer an exchange in person in our Afflecks shop.
